We think we were very lucky to work with Connor. He did an amazing job. His professionalism and dedication helped us get mortgage loan approval. We tried with to get a mortgage from 20 mortgage companies, for 9 months, we had not bought the house, until we had a phone call with Connor, with his experience and efforts, he helped us close the house in just Within 3 weeks, with Christmas and New Year's holiday. With Connor's hard work, dedication, and kindness, we were approved for a loan, which was great. We are above "Thank You", that is appreciating Connor. Veterans first was fantastic! They stayed with us and checked in on us every step of the way throughout our loan process. There was an issue with the title to the house we were purchasing and Heather, our loan officer, checked in with me via text or phone call every week while we were waiting for it to be cleared up. Would highly recommend and we will definitely use again.

Everyone should reach out to Alisha Pena. She made me feel like family. She didn't allow me to give up. She stayed positive, encouraging, patient and transparent through my entire process as a 1st time home buyer. I did not feel like I had to figure anything out. She was on top of everything. Jeanette was wonderful! So knowledgeable and great with friendly communication! We had a few good laughs together and always felt she had our best interest in mind. She worked very hard to help us get the best deal and explained every bit of the process to us fully, which was a lot given we are first time home buyers. Highly recommend working with her, she gets it.
